Alexandrite Siberians 2011!!

Well a little late but...

a Happy New Year to all
from Jo & Andy and our b
eautiful furry family!!

2010

Well 2010 was a great year for us and our Siberian
s we had 2 TICA REGIONAL WINS with

our home bred boy Regional Winner Champion Alexandrite Hendrix
BEST Siberian Kitten EW Region

and our adopted boy International Winner Supreme Grand Champion Cooncreole Paavo BEST Siberian Cat EW Region

Not forgetting the achievements of

Alexandrite Akiro who is now a TICA Triple Grand Champion Alter

and Alexandrite Phoenix Mishka who is now a TICA Champion

We also had some wonderful and very beautiful Siberian kittens who have given us a lot of pleasure and who have now gone on to their new homes and are being spoilt rotten by their new families. Thank you to their new owners for the lovely updates and photos of the kittens in their new homes. I am hoping over the coming weeks to update our Flickr album with photos of kittens in their new homes so everyone can see how much they are spoilt and how immensely proud it makes us to read the lovely comments which we receive about our kittens.

On a personal note it has been a difficult year for me health wise and sometimes I haven't been well enough to reply to emails or update the blog and website. Due to my ill-health we have also not been able to show our beautiful Siberians and currently I am not sure when we will be able to start that again, hopefully soon. At the moment I am just recovering from another dose of flu which has set me back quite a bit.

This last year at times I have come
very close to stopping breeding this wonderful breed and without Andy's and my families support I think I would have. What has also helped me through difficult times is our beautiful furry family and of course the kittens, the antics they get up to here in the first 13 weeks and then the wonderful updates we receive from their new families. Receiving photos of the kittens being spoilt rotten, or in various modes of play and positions of sleep, have brought a smile to my face on what has been sometimes a very bad day. So a big Thank You for those updates and please keep them coming...

2011

So what does 2011 hold for us well I am hoping for a better year for me and of course we are planning on some beautiful Siberian Kittens throughout the year.

Our first kittens due this year are from Alexandrite Beonin (Boo Boo) and QGC Alexandrite Angelus Mishka, they are expected in February. So fingers and paws crossed for Boo Boo and babies.

Over the year (and probably 2012!!) we have plans for but of course it depends on the girls and boys and the order is not decided but here goes...

Champion Alexandrite Phoenix Mishka and Tomintouls Dreamgirl Santa Fe
Champion Alexandrite Phoenix Mishka and Sapphirensteel Asya (Gemini)

QGC Alexandrite Angelus Mishka and Astera Pantera

IW SGC Cooncreole Paavo and Musrafy Anuta
IW SGC Cooncreole Paavo and Alexandrite Memphis
IW SGC Cooncreole Paavo and Alexandrite Drusilla Mishka

RW Champion Alexandrite Hendrix and Alexandrite Serafina

So if you are interested in a wonderful kitten from one of these matings please contact me to go on the waiting list kittens@alexandrite-siberian-kittens.co.uk

It is going to be another busy year for us but with such beautiful Siberians how can we not have their gorgeous kittens to keep us busy!!

I couldn't post this without some Alexandrite Kitten photos so here they are in order we have Alexandrite Catrina and Alexandrite Sir Leon, then Alexandrite Morganna and the last one is of Alexandrite Catrina and Alexandrite Raven

And last but not least our beautiful boy TGCA Alexandrite Akiro, I think the last one is a perfect example of this wonderful breeds character...
