Well it has been awhile and it is now that time again for the babies to go to their new homes, it is a happy and sad time for us. It is lovely to meet the babies new parents but sad to see the bundle of mischiefs go. Very mixed feelings for us here, but we know for sure they will be loved and they give so much fun and love back, we can't ask for any more.
It was Neo and Reese's turn today, they went together which is just brilliant for us and them, and Kelly their new mum has already texted me to let me know they are settling well and have had a play and were now sleeping. What a day for them!
Thank you for looking after them both x
Zak and Zuri go tomorrow with Yasmin on Tuesday, all off to their new adventures!

Alexandrite babies off to new homes

With the upset of Kahlan I have been neglecting the blog and I have been meaning to write about Galina's girls going off to their new homes a couple of weeks ago. It has definitely been quieter without them and it was lovely to spend a bit extra time with them after the boys had gone to their big adventures.
With 6 in a litter you will often see a more boisterous couple so to have just the 3 girls to play with was lovely. Elvina was the more quiet one in the litter and very good at entertaining herself but with the very boisterous boys gone we were able to see her play more with the other girls and us. Elvina loved playing with the feather and foil toys. And she reminded us so much of Cimus, a very pretty girl just adorable.
But Emerson was the best jumper blimey can she jump and turn mid-air it was quite amazing! It was like a blur watching her jump and chase the foil cat stick! Emerson also liked to look at herself in the oven door, very funny to watch. She definitely knew she is a princess x
Galenka was just a scamp but so adorable, a real gem! I know it looks like she is frowning on the photos but she is such a sweetie really!
So it has been very quiet without them all...but we have heard that they are all doing brilliantly in their new homes and I will be writing an update shortly on how they are doing...

Alexandrite Babies off to new homes!

Well 3 of the kittens have gone off to their new homes this weekend, it is a happy and sad occasion for us all here. We are excited for the kittens going off to start a new big adventure in their forever homes and it lovely meeting their new parents, but it is also very hard and very sad to see them go. The time passes so quickly from when they are first born, sharing those first wobbly steps, watching them play fight and tumble with their siblings and mum! We become very attached to them and they give us so much enjoyment after a long hard day at work they are the best thing to come home too.
It is Galina's boys who have gone and we will really miss them. Zyler was such a star, loved to play and sometimes got a bit carried away and liked to nibble on your fingers. So I would try and deter him by covering his face with my hand only for him to wash the inside of my hand, which just meant he ended up with a big kiss and I forgot all about the finger nibbling!
Cade is a cool dude, if not playing or biting Andy's toes he was always at his food! He is so handsome, very masculine look and I predict he will be just as handsome as his Dad Cimus when he is older.
Macy, same pattern as Cade Silver Classic, but a pretty boy version and a lovable rascal! He could be a horror at times, another toe biter just like his brother but too pretty for you to ever be cross with him.
So just the 3 girls left, they will be off to their new homes over the next couple of weeks but we will all miss the boys...
