Another one of Alexandrite Akiro playing with the feather stick, this time his sister Georgina is trying to play too, but he isn't sharing. The feather toy is his! Then he does let her have a little bit of a go and then it is all his again. As you can see near the end there is no way he is going to let go!
Georgina looks so cute waiting patiently for a turn. Georgina reminds me so much of Gemini and Boo Boo as kittens, you can really see the family resemblance. I love her little white front feet, they are so cute.
You can hear Gemini purring in the background and Andy was trying to keep the camera still because she kept nudging him!

Gemini & Phoenix babies - Introducing Alexandrite Akiro
What can I say other than we have been blown away by this litter!
Gemini and Phoenix had 3 beautiful Siberian babies at the end of June, they had a Seal Lynx (Tabby) Point with White boy, a Blue Lynx (Tabby) Point with White boy and a Brown Tortie (Tabby) and White girl. Gemini and Phoenix definitely knew what they were doing when they gave us these beautiful Siberian kittens.
At the moment I am just registering interest in these kittens as we are still looking for forever homes for Drusilla's girls.
Introducing:- Alexandrite Akiro a Seal Lynx (Tabby) Point with White and "Knock Me Over" handsome! Sorry for the photo overload, but he just loved being in front of the camera and those looks of his definitely deserve it. I just love this boy and he has our trademark "Grumpy" look but devilishly handsome too. I really want to show this boy and am so excited to see how he matures.
Our first Lynx points and tortie, and what a way to do it! Gemini and Phoenix you make us so very proud x

Gemini & Phoenix babies - Introducing Alexandrite Georgina
Introducing:- Alexandrite Georgina is a Brown Tortie and White Tabby, and did I mention absolutely beautiful! She reminds me of Gemini, her mum at this age and just as gorgeous. Her colouring is so delicate, with little patches or flames of golden red. I think the mix of her golden Dad and tortie Mum has worked to produce such a beautiful pattern and she is developing lovely green eyes too. Georgina has a cheeky look and nature and is definitely like her mum has plenty to say.
I think Alexandrite Georgina has potential for both show and breeding (again I am just registering interest in her at the moment)
And of course she is rightly named after my brilliant young niece Georgina, who is going through a I don't want to be a gorgeous red stage! But with the flame patches on Alexandrite Georgina how could I not call her after my niece, I always promised her when we had our first Tortie she would be called Georgina. And if we ever have a red boy, he would have to be called George!

Gemini & Phoenix babies - Introducing Alexandrite Apollo
Introducing:- Alexandrite Apollo he is a Blue Lynx (Tabby) Point with White and absolutely stunningly handsome. He is very chunky and his first nickname was "Tank" because of his build and the way he just charges about. We would love for this boy to go to a show home, if possible. We think he could knock those judges over with these looks! And if he has Gemini's coat and cheekiness we are on to a winner!

Drusilla's Kittens - looking for forever homes
Some new photos of Drusilla's beautiful baby girls, Dior, Dasha and Daisee are looking for their forever homes. The girls are so very sweet and just love to play. It was difficult getting the photos tonight because they just wanted to scamp!
The girls are 10 weeks old and get up to a lot of mischief while we are at work. If we forget to put the kitchen roll out of reach, well they have a fun afternoon checking it all for any holes, or do they add the holes...
While we were away Andy's mum said they liked to help out by checking the roll for holes! My mum also found they had one afternoon tried out my make up! Well girls will be girls...
It has been strange this year, we have had girls and everyone has wanted boys, last year everyone wanted girls and we had boys, oh well we do try and talk to the girls about requests but it just doesn't seem to work that way.

So if you think you can offer one of these lovely girls a home, please contact me on 01270 569358 or email me: kittens@silversiberiancats.co.uk

Drusilla's kittens
Here are some new photos of Drusilla's cute baby girls who are still looking for their forever homes.
We have:

The photos were taken at 9 weeks of age. These girls are so very cute and like pea's out of the same pod! We are all going to miss them when they leave us.
The girls will be ready to go to their new homes middle of August, please contact me for details kittens@silversiberiancats.co.uk
We have:
- Alexandrite Dior, she is so sweet and always immaculate. Dior has started to get your attention by stretching up and putting her front paws on your leg. It is so cute
- Alexandrite Dasha, who is paler each day and will be so like Cimus when she is older. I thought Dasha was the quieter one in the litter but she is the first to explore new surroundings. I think she just isn't quite as boisterous as Daisee when we all play together she would rather explore!
- Alexandrite Daisee, the biggest girl in the litter by a little bit and ever so scampy. She loves to play and is a great jumper trying to catch the toys.

Drusilla's Kittens
We have been very busy in our little household of late, we have Anuta's babies scamping around and Drusilla's little ones, as well as finishing off the kitchen (still waiting for the extractor to arrive, I now refer to it as the Unicorn, not convinced it actually exists!) and planning a very special trip for a very special delivery (more details to follow).
So before our special trip we got some photos of Drusilla's bubbas, all silver tabby girls and all absolutely adorable. Getting ready for work in a morning is difficult enough for me but now that I am sharing a dressing room with Drusilla and her babies it is more of a challenge. I just can't stop watching them scamp about and chase each other and mum Drusilla!
All four girls are still looking for their forever homes, so here they are...

Drusilla's girls will be able to go to their new homes mid August.

- Alexandrite Dekota - is a Silver spotted tabby, and has that wild look! She also has a very mischievous streak but she is also such a sweetie. The other day I was drying my hair which Drusilla isn't particular fond of so she hid in the kittening pen, while Dekota was running around. So because she could see her mum was a bit scared she ran up to her and gave her a kiss on the mouth, it was so sweet and it was as if to say "Don't be scared Mum it really is okay!"
- Alexandrite Dasha - also Silver spotted tabby, but paler than Dekota. I think she will be as pale as her Dad Cimus as she gets older. Loves running up and down the stairs and was the first to escape out of the kittening pen. She is such a star, very cute!
- Alexandrite Dior - is a Silver classic tabby and just as designer as her name. She loves to have fun with Dekota, but always looks just right. No scruffy look for Dior!
- Alexandrite Daisee - is also a Silver classic tabby just like Dior, but she is losing some of the pattern as she grows, just like her mum did. She is a sweetie, again just like her mum.
Drusilla's girls will be able to go to their new homes mid August.

Drusilla's Kittens
Not sure if I updated the blog with news of Drusilla's kittens, well we have 4 beautiful girls, all silver Siberians and ever so cute (except at 5am when they think it is a great time to play in the room adjoining our bedroom!)
I will be updating the blog soon with photos of them, I have been trying to decide on names that fit their individual little characters, finally decided on them tonight. Picking their names isn't something I like to rush into when they are first born, because it isn't until they are around 2-3 weeks old you start to see their personalities flourish.
These are Drusilla's first kittens and the birth went very well 4 little ones born in 40 minutes, we think that is some record. She is doing a wonderful job as mum and the dad is TICA Quadruple Grand Champion Cimus.
PS Anuta's bubbas have now all been adopted x

Willow's Kittens Update

Well the scamps are growing! They are just 9 weeks now and full of mischief but so adorable.
We have:
- Alexandrite Reese - Silver and White Tabby Female, Reese is just like a little princess but can scamp with the boys!
- Alexandrite Zuri - Brown Tabby Male, Zuri has somehow managed to have all his whiskers chewed off! He is very sweet natured and loves to play.
- Alexandrite Yasmin - Silver Tabby Female, Yasmin is lovely and very chunky. Yasmin has more of the wild look than her sister Reese, but the sweetest of temperaments.
- Alexandrite Zak - Black and White Male, Zak is so handsome and we can see that he is going to be very handsome just like his Dad Mishka when he grows up. He is very adventurous and seems to be the first one up to trouble.
- Alexandrite Neo - Black and White Male, Neo is probably the quieter one in the litter and he is a bit of a Mummy's boy and cries when Willow isn't there! Once he has his confidence up though he joins in with his siblings and loves playing with Neo.
- Zak and Neo are still looking for their forever homes
- Yasmin, Zuri and Reese are reserved
